They can access comprehensive detail pages featuring a photo gallery, technical attributes, standard and optional equipment, commercial conditions, and financing simulations, all designed to answer every question customers may have before making a decision.

Integration with DHVS and online shopping journeys
Digital Store draws inventory directly from the Digital Hub for Vehicle Sales (DHVS), ensuring a single, validated source of information, with no duplications or discrepancies across channels. On top of this, the platform supports complete digital sales journeys, tailored to each brand’s rules: online reservation, down payment, payment setup, document collection, and delivery, allowing the sale to be taken further in the digital channel while maintaining the relationship with the dealership network.

Lead generation and forwarding to the network
Every expression of interest: whether a contact request, test drive booking, online reservation, or financing request, generates a structured lead linked to the customer and the specific vehicle, complete with all the necessary context to speed up follow-up. Leads are automatically forwarded to the brand's CRM and to the correct dealership or point of sale, based on the assignment rules defined by the importer. No lead gets lost between channels, departments, or inboxes.

Governance, back-office operations, and integration with the digital ecosystem
Each Digital Store has its own publishing rules: determining which inventory is displayed, under what conditions, with which campaigns, and in which territories, all managed from a central back office that allows you to monitor synchronization, validate the quality of published data, and view operational reports at any time.
