Importers can delegate user management to dealership managers, who can then assign profiles to their own teams, maintaining central control while removing the operational bottlenecks typical of fully centralised models. Access activation and deactivation are immediate and reflected across all NiW applications in a single action, with every activity recorded and auditable. The model covers dealerships as well as external partners, authorised workshops, agents, and service providers, with profiles tailored to their relationship with the importer.

Define responsible contacts by category at each location, new vehicle sales, used vehicle sales, workshop, parts department, marketing, administrative contacts, among others, ensuring each stakeholder is available to the remaining applications. At the same time, associate required codes: internal NiW codes, manufacturer codes, accounting codes, and external portal codes. This standardisation enables the NiW ecosystem to communicate seamlessly with IMS, DMS, brands, marketplaces, and partners without forcing customers into a single naming convention.

Each dealership may have multiple locations, and Dealer Portal accurately reflects this reality. At each location, define available services, new vehicles, used vehicles, workshops (mechanics, bodywork, and paint), parts counter, among others, together with operating hours by service. This information is consumed by other NiW applications and can be exposed to institutional websites, brand portals, and customer service channels, ensuring the entire platform operates with the same operational reality.

Each user logs into Dealer Portal once and gains direct access to every NiW application assigned to their profile. No multiple credentials, no repeated logins, no friction between applications, just a consistent experience for dealership teams, importer employees, and external partners.
