In just a few clicks, users generate a print-ready PDF price sheet with the vehicle photo, model and version, key equipment and technical specifications, retail price, current campaigns, a finance banner and the tyre energy label. The price sheet can start from a real vehicle in stock, identified by its VIN, or be configured to order (model, version and colour) to respond to specific sales opportunities and vehicles not yet ordered. The price sheet template is defined by the importer (logo, colours, layout, legal disclaimers and information structure), ensuring visual consistency across the network, while each dealership prints with its own showroom details, contacts and team.

The catalogue of models, versions, options and technical specifications comes directly from the importer's CarData, ensuring every price sheet reflects the official offer in force at that exact moment. Accessories, maintained by the importer in Accessories DB, are automatically included in the final retail price shown on the sheet: the dealership configures the vehicle with the required accessories and the price is always the official one. Through the integration with Campaigns Management, the price sheet reflects current campaigns in real time (promotional prices, special conditions and associated offers) with no manual intervention.

Showroom Pricing communicates with the finance provider in real time, calculating the deposit, monthly payment, APR and other terms when the price sheet is generated. The customer sees a current, valid simulation on paper, not a static table. For each vehicle configuration, the user selects up to two eligible tyre sets and the corresponding energy label is automatically added to the price sheet, in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2020/740 on tyre labelling.

The application supports multiple languages and markets, allowing importers with an international presence to use the same platform in different countries while respecting each country's commercial and legal specifics. Every price sheet generated is recorded (vehicle, retail price, accessories, campaign applied, finance simulation, date, user and dealership), creating a searchable history for internal audits, handling complaints and analysing the network's sales activity.
