Info Center is designed for importers and distributors who need to centralise document communication with their dealer network, and for the network itself, which gains a single point of access to official documentation, FAQs and the brand’s other applications. It is a platform built to serve both sides of the relationship at the same time.

Info Center supports folders, documents and attached files, editable pages (wiki/HTML style), embedded videos and other multimedia content, as well as structured FAQs. It covers everything from technical manuals to official circulars, support materials and self-service areas.

Permissions can be set for individual users, groups or profiles (for example, by job role or area), for each specific dealership, or by a combination of these criteria, always at the level of each folder and document. This allows the same installation to serve different dealerships, brands, areas and roles, showing each user only what concerns them.

Yes. Info Center provides several page templates that can be applied according to the type of content, for example a technical manuals area, an official communications area or an FAQ area, while keeping the same base of folders, documents and attachments.

Whenever content is published or updated, authorised users are notified automatically. There is no need for the importer to send parallel email communications or for the network to keep checking the platform for news.

Yes. Info Center keeps document versioning, making it possible to view previous versions and understand the change history. The network always accesses the current version, while the importer preserves traceability of what has been published.

Yes. Info Center provides cross-cutting search by document title and metadata, making it quick to find the right content in structures with a large volume of information.

Yes. Info Center is part of the NiW ecosystem and shares authentication and context with the platform’s other applications, giving the network a consistent experience across the different systems.

Implementation is led by NiW’s teams in close collaboration with the importer, including designing the folder structure, the permission model suited to the network, defining page templates, migrating existing content and supporting user adoption. Scope and timeline are adapted to each client’s reality.
