Each campaign can be configured by model, version or VIN, with discounts and contributions as an absolute amount or a percentage.

Yes. When the exclusion and compatibility rules defined by the importer allow it, several campaigns can be applied together in the same proposal, combined with trade-ins and commercial discounts. The system automatically validates each combination and calculates the final impact on the price.

Yes. Each dealership has the autonomy to configure and activate local campaigns without prior approval from the importer. Local campaigns coexist with the importer's campaigns in the same environment, with the same rules structure.

Yes. Transparency is a core principle of Campaigns Management. The dealership has clear visibility of the amount it receives when applying each campaign, removing doubts and reinforcing trust in the importer's commercial policy.

Based on the previous month's registrations (integration with the IMS) and their link to sales proposals (integration with the CRM), the system automatically calculates the contribution due per dealership and per vehicle. The result is a settlement statement provided both in a format ready for integration with the ERP and as a structured file for accounting.

Before the monthly statement is closed, the dealership can submit exception requests to the importer for specific cases that justify a review of the contribution. The importer reviews, approves or rejects each request in a traceable workflow, ensuring a fair and auditable process.

Yes. The importer has a simulator that shows the impact of the campaign on the final customer price, taking into account combinations with trade-ins, discounts and other current campaigns. Simulation makes it possible to calibrate commercial conditions with confidence before committing to the network. At the point of sale, salespeople run their own simulations directly in the SFA.

Campaigns Management was designed with an open architecture, ready to integrate with different IMS, CRM and ERP systems. The NiW team analyses the system in use and develops the necessary integration as part of the implementation, preserving the client's existing investment.

Yes. All active, expired or cancelled campaigns are recorded with their configuration and application, available for consultation, effectiveness analysis and auditing.
